What We Do

Jeremiah Sportsmen has been formed to better serve the churches of Central Illinois in their outreach ministries to sportsmen and families. Whether a church is large or small, sometimes working with other churches results in obstacles. By forming an independent ministry consisting of individuals from a variety of local churches, this group will make the combined outreach more effective.

Jeremiah Sportsmen is available to the local church as a resource. This resource is to be used to further the Kingdom in terms of outreach events as our primary purpose. Other activities or ministry threads of Jeremiah Sportsmen will include: providing speakers for local events, assisting with outdoor discipleship programs, activities for men’s retreats, and other men’s ministries as requested.

Jeremiah Sportsmen is not a ministry that consists of local chapters within the local church. Our men of course will assist the local church in getting starting and in most cases will work with such groups as the Christian Sportsmen’s Fellowship regarding launching local sportsmen’s ministries in your church.

EVENTS:

Jeremiah Sportsmen Ministry (JSM) will organize outreach events, such as listed above, with the expertise and guidance of the men God brings forth to lead.
